Columbia's Center for Teaching & Learning is now accepting applications for an Assistant Director in its Graduate Student Programs and Services group. Reporting to the Director, Graduate Student Programs and Services, the Assistant Director will support professional development and improve the effectiveness of Teaching Assistants, Teaching Fellows, and other graduate student instructors at Columbia, by providing pedagogical programs, consultations, and resources.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in academic discipline or Instructional Design and demonstrated accomplishment supporting the development of inclusive teaching practices.
